The parallel Phase 2 trial in 281 people with type 2 diabetes reported reductions in HbA1c and body weight versus placebo and versus dulaglutide over 36 weeks, again with gastrointestinal adverse events in about a third of retatrutide participants (Rosenstock 2023).
