Shipping & Delivery

United Kingdom

UK delivery is free on every order — there is no minimum spend. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days.

International

We ship to most countries in Europe and beyond. International delivery is charged at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay, and takes 5–14 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Import duties and local taxes may apply on international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing times

Orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are processed the same working day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking

All orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us immediately if you spot an error and we will try to intercept the parcel.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will resolve it.
