What is your 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we refund the product price in full — no return shipment needed. It applies to the first purchase of each product, per customer. Full terms on our Guarantee page.

Can I see lab test results (COA)?

Yes. Every research-compound batch is tested by Janoshik Analytical. Email us the batch number printed on your label and we will send the matching Certificate of Analysis. You do not need to have bought anything to ask — see How We Test.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days and delivery is free with no minimum spend. International orders take 5–14 working days depending on destination and customs.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition. Contact us before returning anything. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. For opened products, the 60-day guarantee above applies instead.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address.

What payment methods do you accept?

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

Are your research compounds safe to take?

We do not sell them for human consumption and we do not give dosing advice. They are supplied for laboratory and research use only, are not approved medicines, and have not been evaluated by the MHRA, EMA or FDA. If you are looking for something to take, our creatine and pre-workout are ordinary food supplements and are labelled as such.
