We test every batch with an independent laboratory and we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund it in full — no return shipment, no forms, no interrogation.
How it works
- Contact us at freemuscleuk@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery, with your order number.
- Tell us (in one sentence, honestly) why you were not satisfied — it helps us improve.
- We issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 working days. You do not need to send anything back.
Fair-use terms
- The guarantee applies to the first purchase of each product, per customer.
- It covers the product price; original shipping costs are refunded only if the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Bundles are covered as one product.
- We reserve the right to refuse the guarantee in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated claims across orders).
Why we can offer this
