Orders typically take 5-14 business days to arrive after dispatch. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.

3. Customs Inspections and Delays

In some cases, packages may be delayed due to customs inspections. If your package is selected for inspection, this can add an additional 3-6 weeks to the delivery time. Please be aware that these delays are beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. FreeMuscle does not offer free shipping at this time.
