Email is the fastest way to reach us. If your question is about an order, please include your order number.
Support hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UK time. Closed at weekends and on UK public holidays.
We aim to reply to every email within one working day. A working day is Monday to Friday, except UK public holidays.
Returns and cancellations
Please email us before you send anything back, so we can give you the returns address. To cancel an order, you only need to tell us clearly. You do not need our permission. Our Refund Policy explains your rights and how returns work.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email us at freemuscleuk@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. You can also write to us at our address in Andorra.
We aim to reply within one working day. If we need more time to look into it, we tell you what we are doing and keep you updated until the complaint is resolved.
Making a complaint does not affect your statutory rights.
