NEXT-GEN RAD-150 TLB-150
RAD-150 (TLB-150) is a benzoate-ester form of RAD-140 (Testolone), a selective androgen receptor modulator. SARMs are not authorised for human consumption in the UK or EU and are prohibited in sport by WADA. Supplied for laboratory research use only. 25mg × 60 capsules.

WHAT WE
ACTUALLY KNOW
The chemistry is documented. The human outcomes are not. Here is the line between the two.
What the ester does
A benzoate ester generally slows release of the parent compound. That is a chemistry property, not a promised outcome.
The mechanism
SARMs bind selectively to androgen receptors. RAD-140 has preclinical data; RAD-150 has less again.
Known risks
SARMs have been associated with liver injury and testosterone suppression in case reports. This is not a benign class.
Not approved anywhere
No regulator has authorised any SARM as a medicine or a supplement for general use.
Banned in sport
SARMs are on the WADA Prohibited List. If you are tested, this will show up.
What we do verify
Identity and purity, per batch, by a laboratory we do not own. That is the only claim we make.

WHAT WE CAN
PROVE
We don't have customer reviews to show you yet, and we're not going to invent any. Here is what we can actually put in front of you instead.
Assayed by a lab we don't own
Batches go to Janoshik Analytical, an independent testing laboratory. We don't choose the result.
Tested per batch, not per year
A certificate from a batch made two years ago says nothing about the pack in your hand.
Batch number on the pack
Email it to us with the product name and we'll send the Certificate of Analysis for that batch.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
A benzoate-ester form of RAD-140 (Testolone), a selective androgen receptor modulator. The ester generally slows release of the parent compound.
Chemically, the ester. In terms of measured human outcomes, we cannot tell you — neither compound has the clinical data to support a comparison, and we are not going to invent one.
This product is supplied for laboratory research use only. We do not provide dosing instructions, cycle lengths or post-cycle protocols for human use.
We do not give post-cycle therapy advice. Androgen receptor modulators can suppress endogenous testosterone — that is a matter for a qualified clinician, not for a shop.
Yes — identity and purity, per batch, by Janoshik Analytical. Email us the batch number from your pack and we will send that batch's Certificate of Analysis.
SARMs are on the WADA Prohibited List and are detectable. If you compete in a tested sport, do not take this.
Sold as a research compound for laboratory and educational use. Not a medicine; not evaluated by the MHRA, EMA or FDA; not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Not for human consumption. Not for use by anyone under 18 or by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. SARMs are prohibited in sport by WADA.
COMPOUND MONOGRAPH
RAD-150 in the UK: buying, legal status and what to check
Searches such as "RAD 150 UK", "RAD 150 for sale" and "TLB 150 UK" ask whether it can be bought lawfully and what shows what is in the bottle. RAD-150 holds no MHRA marketing authorisation, so it cannot be sold as a medicine, and it is not an authorised food supplement ingredient or novel food, so it cannot be sold for eating. FreeMuscle LTD, a Scunthorpe company, supplies it only as a laboratory research compound to adults aged 18 or over.
LGC scientists who bought products sold to UK consumers as SARMs and analysed them by high-resolution mass spectrometry found one with no active ingredient, others with undeclared prohibited substances, and measured amounts that differed from the packaging (Leaney 2021).
A listing worth trusting shows a batch number, a certificate for that batch from a named independent laboratory, the strength and capsule count, and the company behind it, and publishes no human dosing or cycle guidance. This one: 25 mg per capsule, 60 capsules, 1,500 mg per bottle, every batch assayed by Janoshik Analytical, and the certificate for a batch emailed on request. Orders before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed the same working day; UK delivery is free, tracked and in plain packaging, and EU delivery takes three to seven working days (shipping, our guarantee).
Capsules compared with liquids and powders
RAD-150 is also sold as liquids and loose powder. For an ester, form matters more than for its parent, because water can split an ester bond back into RAD-140 and benzoic acid, and an ester prodrug has to be designed for chemical stability across a range of pH (Beaumont 2003). A dry fill in a sealed capsule is the form least exposed to water, and it is a weighed amount that can be assayed against the 25 mg label claim. A liquid must keep the ester intact in solution for the life of the bottle, and a certificate for the starting powder cannot show whether it did. No study has compared the forms for this compound.
On "RAD 150 peptide": it is not one. It is a small synthetic molecule with no amino acids, so the digestion problem of swallowed peptides (Do oral peptides work?) does not apply in the same way.
RAD-150 compared with RAD-140
"RAD 150 vs RAD 140" and "TLB 150 vs RAD 140" are the most searched comparisons here. PubChem's entry titled "TLB 150 Benzoate", with RAD150 among its synonyms, is RAD-140 with benzoic acid joined as an ester at its only hydroxyl group, in the same (1R,2S) configuration. PubChem links the structure to a SARM patent family assigned to Radius Health, the developer of RAD-140 (US 8,268,872, priority 2008); a patent is not peer-reviewed evidence.

By mass, the RAD-140 part is about 79 per cent of the ester (393.8 of 497.9), so label milligrams of the two are not comparable one for one; this is a calculation, not a measurement. The slower release attributed to the ester is also untested. Oral ester prodrugs are normally designed to improve absorption, survive it, then convert rapidly and completely to the active compound, ideally with little activity of their own (Beaumont 2003). Whether RAD-150 does that, is absorbed intact or releases RAD-140 slowly has never been measured, and the parent was already given by mouth in its trial, with a half-life of 44.7 hours (LoRusso 2022). See the RAD-140 collection, Free Muscle RAD-140 10 mg and RAD-140 vs RAD-150 (TLB-150).
Reading the certificate of analysis for this product
Janoshik Analytical assays every batch of Free Muscle RAD-150. Each field of its certificate answers an ester-specific question.
- Identity: usually confirmed by liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and it should name the ester, not RAD-140. Calculated from the formula, the ester's protonated molecule falls near m/z 498, against m/z 394 for RAD-140 (Wagener 2022); both carry one chlorine atom, so a companion peak two units higher, at about a third of the height, is expected.
- Purity: the ester's percentage of total peak area. A separate RAD-140 peak suggests unreacted starting material or hydrolysis since manufacture.
- Content: the measured amount per capsule against the 25 mg label claim, the figure that did not match the packaging in the UK survey above.
- Batch number and test date: both must match your bottle; for a molecule that can hydrolyse, the date also shows how long ago it was assayed.
Names mislead: a PubChem entry titled "Rad 150" (CID 32771) is an unrelated compound, C16H25ClN2O, so check the formula and InChIKey. If a field is missing or the identity result names another compound, contact us. See the lab tests page and How to read a certificate of analysis.
Detection, sport and testing
The WADA Prohibited List bans androgen receptor modulators at all times under S1.2, other anabolic agents. RAD140 is named; RAD-150 is not, but S1.2 covers agents "including, but not limited to" those listed, and S1 substances are non-Specified. UK Anti-Doping applies the same list, and strict liability makes an athlete answerable for any prohibited substance in a sample.
No excretion study of RAD-150 exists, so its detection window is not established. If the ester is converted to RAD-140, the parent and its metabolites are what a laboratory would find. In a Cologne doping-control study of 30 men given micro-doses of 1 to 50 micrograms of RAD-140, the unchanged molecule remained detectable in urine for up to 212 hours after a single microgram and up to 29 days after a single 50 microgram amount (Wagener 2022). These are parent-compound figures, not a window for this product.
Storage, stability and handling
No stability study of RAD-150 has been published. Because water splits esters, damp is the main thing to avoid: keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry, dark place, and if it is kept cold, let it reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation. Keep capsules in the original bottle with its batch number, do not mix batches, and judge age from the certificate date. In the laboratory, record the batch number and opening date, wear gloves, avoid raising dust and dispose of unused material as chemical waste. Keep out of reach of children and animals, and away from anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
What the published research reports
There is no PubMed-indexed literature on RAD-150. Searches in September 2026 for RAD150, RAD-150, TLB150, TLB-150 and RAD140 benzoate returned no relevant records; the only "RAD 150" hits were unrelated radiation papers. No animal, human, pharmacokinetic or case-report data exist under any of its names; nothing below describes this product.
Parent-compound context: RAD-140, not RAD-150
The only PubMed-indexed clinical trial of RAD-140 enrolled 22 heavily pretreated postmenopausal women with ER-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer (LoRusso 2022). Raised AST (59.1 per cent), ALT (45.5 per cent) and bilirubin (27.3 per cent) were the commonest adverse events, and 16 of the 22 had grade 3 or 4 events. The trial measured tumour response, not muscle, and whether any of it applies to the ester depends on a conversion no one has measured. Case reports and wider evidence are in RAD-140 (testolone): what the research says.
