How we write and check our pages

Free Muscle sells the research compounds, supplements and clothing described on this site, so we have a commercial interest in everything we publish. This page explains who writes our guides and product pages, where the facts come from, the rules we write by and how to report a mistake.

Who writes our pages

Our guides, collection pages and product pages are written and published by Free Muscle, the trading name of FreeMuscle, a business registered in Andorra with UK operations and dispatch in Scunthorpe. We do not employ a pharmacist or doctor, and no page on this site is signed by one.

We draft and update pages with the help of AI writing tools. Before going live, some pages, including this one, were also checked by separate AI review tools; that check is automated and is not a review by a pharmacist or doctor. Pages are published on the shop owner's instruction.

Where the facts come from

  • Legal and regulatory status: the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the Food Standards Agency, UK legislation on legislation.gov.uk, UK Anti-Doping and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List.
  • Research findings: peer-reviewed papers, cited by first author, journal and year, with the PubMed ID where there is one.
  • Product details such as strength per capsule, capsule count and price: our own product records, the manufacturer's label for partner brands, and the current price in our shop.

The rules we write by

  • No dosing, cycling or usage advice for research compounds. They are sold for laboratory research only, not for human consumption, to adults aged 18 or over.
  • No claims that a product treats, cures or prevents any condition, or that it changes the body. When a guide reports a study, it says what the study found and who or what it was carried out on, and that the finding is not a claim about our products.
  • No invented reviews or testimonials. Star ratings appear only when they come from reviews collected by our review app.
  • No legal advice. Pages that describe the UK legal status of a compound give general information and name the source.

Corrections

If you spot an error, or a page or image that breaks the rules above, email freemuscleuk@gmail.com with the page address and what is wrong. Any correction is made on the shop owner's instruction.

Partner brands

Through Muscle Market we also sell iMuscle, Thoroughbred Labs, Yakka Strength and BioLab products. We describe ourselves only as a seller of these brands, not as their official stockist, and we show a manufacturer's certificate only where one is supplied for the batch we hold.

Research compounds sold by Free Muscle are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. They are not authorised as medicines by the MHRA, EMA or FDA, are not food supplements, and are sold only to adults aged 18 or over. Nothing on this site is medical or dosing advice.
