SARMs UK
SARMs UK in capsules: RAD-140, RAD-150, YK-11, Cardarine, LGD-4033, Ostarine and S-23 from Free Muscle and three partner brands. Research use only, 18+.
Last reviewed · prices and listings checked by Free Muscle
This collection lists the selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) and SARM-adjacent research compounds we sell and dispatch from the UK. Free Muscle's own label covers RAD-140 (Testolone), RAD-150 (TLB-150), YK-11 and Cardarine (GW-501516); through Muscle Market we add LGD-4033, Ostarine (MK-2866), Andarine (S-4), S-23 and SR9009, plus other brands' RAD-140, YK-11 and Cardarine, from iMuscle, Thoroughbred Labs and Yakka Strength. All are supplied as capsules for laboratory research. Every Free Muscle batch is assayed by Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory, with the Certificate of Analysis available on request; for other brands we show a certificate only where the manufacturer supplies one for the batch we hold. Nothing here is a medicine or a food supplement.

What this collection covers
SARMs are non-steroidal (and, in the case of YK-11, steroidal) ligands designed to bind the androgen receptor with tissue selectivity. They were developed by pharmaceutical companies from the late 1990s onwards, and none has been approved as a medicine anywhere. Each compound below has its own page comparing every brand we hold by strength, pack size and batch testing.
- RAD-140 (Testolone), a non-steroidal SARM that reached early clinical study; Free Muscle stocks 10 mg capsules, 60 per pack.
- RAD-150 (TLB-150), described in trade literature as an ester-modified derivative of RAD-140, with no published human trial data; 25 mg capsules, 60 per pack, from the Bioreactive Series.
- YK-11, a steroidal compound reported in cell studies as a partial androgen receptor agonist that also affected myostatin-related signalling; 10 mg capsules, 60 per pack.
- Cardarine (GW-501516), strictly a PPAR-delta agonist rather than a SARM, grouped here by convention; 5 mg and 10 mg capsules, 60 per pack. Its pharmaceutical development stopped after rodent carcinogenicity findings.
The grid above also shows other brands' LGD-4033, Ostarine (MK-2866), Andarine (S-4), S-23 and SR9009, listed through Muscle Market, alongside their RAD-140, YK-11 and Cardarine.

What the published research reports
Human data on SARMs is limited to short trials of a few compounds. In a 21-day placebo-controlled study of LGD-4033 in 76 healthy young men, lean body mass rose in a dose-dependent way while total testosterone and sex hormone-binding globulin fell, and the authors noted that longer studies were needed to assess safety. A 2019 review concluded that no SARM has completed the trials needed for approval, and that reports of liver injury and hormonal suppression accompany their unregulated use. None of this is a claim about the products on this page.
Batch testing and certificates of analysis
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) records what an independent laboratory found in a specific batch: the identity of the compound and its measured purity. Every Free Muscle-brand batch is assayed by Janoshik Analytical, and the batch number is printed on the pack. Email us with that number and we will send the certificate for your batch. A generic PDF without a batch number is not a batch certificate. See how we test.
Where to buy SARMs in the UK: how to check a supplier
Whichever shop you buy SARMs from, check these five points before you order:
- A batch number and a certificate for that batch. The pack should carry a batch number, and the seller should be able to show a certificate of analysis for that same batch from a named laboratory, with the test date. Every Free Muscle-brand batch is assayed by Janoshik Analytical, and we send the certificate for your batch on request.
- The strength per capsule and the capsule count. With both figures you can work out the total milligrams in the pack and the price per milligram; the price table above does this for our own packs. If a listing does not state one of them, ask the seller before you order.
- Research-use labelling and an age check. A research compound should be sold for laboratory research use only, not for human consumption, to adults aged 18 or over, with no dosing or usage advice. That is how every listing here is sold.
- Prices in pounds sterling and tracked UK dispatch. UK delivery from us is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and usually arrives 2-3 working days after dispatch; orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed the same working day.
- A clear returns policy. Unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days.

Legal status in the UK
No SARM is a licensed medicine in the UK, and none is an authorised food supplement. They are sold to adults for laboratory research and are not for human consumption. Anabolic agents including SARMs are prohibited at all times under the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) list, and GW-501516 is listed separately as a metabolic modulator. Tested athletes should treat every compound here as prohibited. Our 2026 SARMs research guide goes into more detail.

Frequently asked questions
Are SARMs legal to buy in the UK?
SARMs are not controlled substances in the UK, so buying and possessing them is not an offence. They are, however, not licensed medicines and not authorised food supplements, so they cannot lawfully be sold for human consumption. Free Muscle supplies them to adults for laboratory research only. Rules differ in other countries, so check local law before ordering for delivery abroad.
Is Cardarine a SARM?
No. Cardarine (GW-501516) is a PPAR-delta agonist, a different receptor class. It is grouped with SARMs by shops and forums because it was developed in the same era and is discussed alongside them. Its pharmaceutical development was halted after rodent studies reported tumours, which is why it is sold only for research. Our Cardarine collection page covers the published findings in more detail.
Which strength should I choose?
We do not advise on that. Every product here is supplied for laboratory research, not for use in people, so there is no correct strength for any personal purpose. Researchers choose a strength based on their own protocol. If you are comparing brands, the useful figures are milligrams per capsule multiplied by capsules per pack, and the batch certificate for the pack you are buying.
How do I verify a Free Muscle batch?
Find the batch number printed on the pack and email it to us. We will send the Janoshik Analytical certificate for that batch, which states the compound identified and the purity measured. Compare the batch number on the certificate with the one on your pack. If a seller can only offer a certificate with no batch number, it does not tell you anything about the pack in your hand.
Are SARMs detectable in sports drug tests?
Yes. SARMs are prohibited at all times under the WADA list, and accredited laboratories routinely detect RAD-140, LGD-4033, Ostarine, Andarine, YK-11 and GW-501516 in urine, sometimes long after exposure. Athletes who are subject to testing should treat everything in this collection as prohibited. This is one more reason these compounds are sold strictly for laboratory research.
Which other brands of SARMs do you stock?
Through Muscle Market we also list SARMs and related research compounds from iMuscle, Thoroughbred Labs and Yakka Strength, among them LGD-4033, Ostarine (MK-2866), Andarine (S-4), S-23 and SR9009, as well as other brands of RAD-140, YK-11 and Cardarine. Each compound page compares every brand we hold. Research use only, 18+.
How fast is UK delivery?
UK delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and usually arrives 2-3 working days after dispatch. Faster tracked UK delivery costs £6 and usually takes 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed the same working day.
Do you deliver to Romania and the rest of the EU?
Yes. Orders to Romania and other EU countries travel by our paid, tracked international service and usually arrive 3-7 working days after dispatch; delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 5-14 working days. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Rules differ in other countries, so check local law before ordering for delivery abroad.
Can I return an order?
Yes: unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Our guarantee page has the full policy.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one?
Yes, on Free Muscle-brand products: 5% off automatically when your cart holds 2 of them and 10% off with 3 or more, applied in the cart. The offers do not combine.
