30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with the first purchase of a product, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the product price: no return shipment, no forms, no interrogation. The conditions are below and in our Refund Policy.
How it works
- Contact us at freemuscleuk@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- Tell us (in one sentence, honestly) why you were not satisfied. It helps us improve.
- We issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 working days. You do not need to send anything back.
Fair-use terms
- The guarantee applies to the first purchase of each product, per customer.
- It covers the product price; original shipping costs are refunded only if the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Bundles are covered as one product.
- We reserve the right to refuse the guarantee in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated claims across orders).
Why we can offer this
Every batch of a Free Muscle-brand product is independently assayed by Janoshik Analytical, with the Certificate of Analysis for a batch available on request. For other brands, a certificate is available only where the manufacturer supplies one for the batch we hold. See our How We Test page.
Research compounds sold by Free Muscle are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. They are not authorised as medicines by the MHRA, EMA or FDA, are not food supplements, and are sold only to adults aged 18 or over. This guarantee is a voluntary commercial promise from Free Muscle and does not affect your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
