Shipping & Delivery

United Kingdom

UK delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Please allow up to 5 working days. If you need it sooner, choose Faster tracked UK delivery at checkout for £6.00, a priority tracked service that usually arrives 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

International

We deliver to the UK and to most countries in Europe and beyond. Delivery outside the UK is charged at one flat rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay, and is sent tracked. EU delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 5 to 14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Import VAT, customs duties and customs clearance fees charged by your country are not included in our prices or in the delivery charge, and are your responsibility.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

All orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us immediately if you spot an error and we will try to intercept the parcel.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and we deal with the carrier.
