What is your 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we refund the product price in full, with no return shipment needed. It applies to the first purchase of each product, per customer. Full terms are on our Guarantee page.
Can I see lab test results (COA)?
Yes. Every batch of a Free Muscle-brand product is assayed by Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory. For other brands, a certificate is available only where the manufacturer supplies one for the batch we hold. Email us the batch number printed on your label and we send the Certificate of Analysis for that batch. See How We Test.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. If you need it sooner, choose Faster tracked UK delivery at checkout for £6.00, a priority tracked service that usually arrives 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. EU delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, and delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 5 to 14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. See Shipping and Delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking email with your tracking number. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition. Contact us before returning anything. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we pay it. For opened products, the 30-day guarantee above may apply instead.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. EU delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch and the rest of the world 5 to 14.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards. The payment methods available for your address are shown at checkout.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the delivery times above, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
Are your research compounds for human consumption?
We do not sell them for human consumption and we do not give dosing advice. Research compounds sold by Free Muscle are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. They are not authorised as medicines by the MHRA, EMA or FDA, are not food supplements, and are sold only to adults aged 18 or over.
