Bulk
Bulk grouping UK: MK-677, RAD-140 and Insulin Grow for research use only, 18+, plus Creatren creatine, a food supplement.
Bulk is a research-interest grouping, not a product type. It gathers the items in the Free Muscle range that appear in the literature on anabolic signalling, growth hormone and lean mass: MK-677 (Ibutamoren), RAD-140 (Testolone), HGH (somatropin) and Insulin Grow, plus Creatren, a creatine monohydrate food supplement. The research compounds are sold to adults for laboratory study and are not for human consumption. Grouping them under one heading is a navigation choice; it is not a claim that any of them produces mass or strength in the person reading this page.
What this collection covers
- MK-677 (Ibutamoren), an oral ghrelin receptor agonist and growth hormone secretagogue with the most human trial data of any compound here. Free Muscle stocks 25 mg capsules, 60 per pack, in this grouping, with 10 mg and 12.5 mg strengths on the compound page.
- RAD-140 (Testolone), a non-steroidal SARM that entered early clinical study and was not developed further; 10 mg capsules, 60 per pack.
- HGH (Somatropin), recombinant human growth hormone. As a medicine it is prescription-only in the UK and a Class C controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971; this listing is for laboratory research and is not a medicinal supply.
- Insulin Grow, a 60-capsule Free Muscle research listing, described in our Insulin Grow research guide.
- Creatren, creatine monohydrate with taurine, 90 capsules. This is a food supplement, and we make no health claim for it.
What the published research reports
The best-documented compound here is MK-677. In a one-year randomised trial in 65 healthy older adults, fat-free mass rose by about 1.1 kg relative to placebo and IGF-1 levels increased, but fasting glucose and insulin resistance also rose and participants reported increased appetite and swelling. RAD-140 has only early-phase human data and case reports of liver injury. None of this is a claim about the products on this page.
Batch testing and certificates of analysis
Every Free Muscle-brand batch, including Creatren, is assayed by Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory. The certificate states the compound identified and the purity measured for that specific batch, and the batch number is printed on the pack. Email us the number and we will send the certificate. A document without a batch number is not a batch certificate. See how we test.
Legal status in the UK
MK-677, RAD-140, somatropin and Insulin Grow are not licensed medicines (MHRA) as supplied here and are not authorised food supplements. They are sold to adults for laboratory research only. Under the WADA list, growth hormone, growth hormone secretagogues and SARMs are prohibited at all times. Creatine is a permitted food supplement ingredient. Our SARMs research guide covers the legal picture in more depth.

Research compounds sold by Free Muscle are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. Nothing on this page is medical or dosing advice.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Bulk category mean?
It is a grouping of research compounds that appear in the scientific literature on growth hormone, anabolic signalling and lean mass, put together so researchers can find them in one place. It is not a claim that the products build mass in anyone. The research compounds are sold to adults for laboratory study only, and Creatren is a food supplement.
Is MK-677 a SARM?
No. MK-677 (ibutamoren) is a growth hormone secretagogue that acts on the ghrelin receptor, not on the androgen receptor. It is often sold alongside SARMs, which causes the confusion. It has more human trial data than any SARM, including a one-year study in older adults, but it was never approved as a medicine and is sold here for laboratory research only.
Is HGH legal to buy in the UK?
Somatropin is a prescription-only medicine in the UK and a Class C controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, so it may not be supplied for human use without a prescription. Free Muscle lists it for laboratory research only, not as a medicinal supply, and it is not for human consumption. It is also prohibited at all times under the WADA list, and its own collection page explains the research background.
Can I get a certificate for Creatren?
Yes. Creatren is a Free Muscle-brand product, so every batch is assayed by Janoshik Analytical like the rest of the range. Email us the batch number printed on the pot and we will send the certificate, which records the identity and purity of the creatine monohydrate in that batch.
Which product should I start with?
We do not advise on that. The research compounds here are not for use in people, so there is no starting point for any personal goal. If you are choosing between listings for a laboratory protocol, compare milligrams per pack and the batch certificate. For Creatren, a food supplement, the label carries the directions.
