Questions about an order, a return, a batch number or a Certificate of Analysis: email us.
Email is the quickest way to reach us. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 UK time, and we aim to reply within one working day. If your question is about an order, please include your order number.
What to include in your email
- Orders and delivery. Your order number and a short description of the question.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong items. Your order number, what is wrong and, if you can, a photo of the parcel and the product.
- Returns and cancellations. Your order number and the items concerned.
- Batch and certificate requests. The product name and the batch number from the pack, plus your order number if you have one.
Research compounds are supplied for laboratory research use only, to adults aged 18 or over.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our guarantee and Shipping and Delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Certificates of Analysis
Send us the product name and the batch number from your pack. For Free Muscle-brand research compounds and food supplements, we send the Certificate of Analysis from Janoshik Analytical for that batch. For iMuscle, Yakka Strength, Thoroughbred Labs and BioLab products, a certificate is available only where the manufacturer supplies one for the batch we hold. See How We Test.
