WHAT IS
ACTUALLY KNOWN

We would rather you bought with your eyes open than not at all. Here is the state of the evidence, including the parts that do not help us.

01

What it is

This is a three-product bundle. MK-777 (a ghrelin-receptor secretagogue), RAD-150 (a SARM) and NitraGlyc (a stimulant-free pre-workout).

02

State of the evidence

Two of the three have no completed human efficacy trials. NitraGlyc is an ordinary sports supplement.

03

Known risks

Buying compounds together does not make them safer. Each carries its own risks, listed on its own page.

04

Regulatory status

MK-777 and RAD-150 are not authorised for human consumption in the UK or EU.

05

Status in sport

SARMs and growth hormone secretagogues are both on the WADA Prohibited List.

06

What we verify

Identity and purity, per batch, by a laboratory we do not own. We verify what is in the capsule, nothing about what it does.

WHAT WE CAN
PROVE

We don't have customer reviews to show you yet, and we're not going to invent any. Here is what we can actually put in front of you instead.

Assayed by a lab we don't own

Batches go to Janoshik Analytical, an independent testing laboratory. We don't choose the result.

Tested per batch, not per year

A certificate from a batch made two years ago says nothing about the pack in your hand.

Email it to us with the product name and we'll send the Certificate of Analysis for that batch.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

MK-777 (a ghrelin-receptor secretagogue), RAD-150 (a SARM) and NitraGlyc (a stimulant-free pre-workout). Two of the three have no completed human efficacy trials.

MK-777 and RAD-150 are supplied for laboratory research use only, and NitraGlyc is a food supplement. We do not provide dosing instructions, cycle lengths or post-cycle protocols for human use.

Price, and nothing else. It is the same three products at a lower total than buying them separately. We are not claiming they work better together.

Yes. Identity and purity, per batch, by Janoshik Analytical. Email us the batch numbers from your packs and we will send the Certificates of Analysis. You do not need to have bought anything to ask.

Whoever you buy from, check five things for each bottle: a printed batch number, a certificate of analysis for that batch from a named laboratory, the contents per capsule stated by the seller, tracked delivery and a written returns policy. Free Muscle sells all three, separately or in this bundle of three 60-capsule bottles: MK-777 and RAD-150 for laboratory research use only, not for human consumption, to adults aged 18 or over, and NitraGlyc as a food supplement. All three are in our Bioreactive Series. Every Free Muscle-brand batch is assayed by Janoshik Analytical, and we send the certificate for each batch on request.

The box holds products from two categories. MK-777 and RAD-150 have no MHRA marketing authorisation and are not authorised food ingredients or novel foods, so they are supplied only as laboratory research compounds, not for human consumption, to adults aged 18 or over. NitraGlyc is sold as a food supplement, and no health claim is authorised for its ingredients. In sport, RAD-150 falls under section S1.2 of the WADA Prohibited List and MK-777 under S2, both prohibited at all times; NitraGlyc's named ingredients are not on the list, but a batch certificate is not a screen for prohibited substances. This is general information, not legal advice.

Orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are processed the same working day. UK delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch; faster tracked UK delivery costs £6 and usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery to Romania and the rest of the EU uses our paid tracked international service and usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, and the rest of the world usually 5–14 working days. Details are on our shipping page.

Yes. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days; see our 30-day guarantee.

Adults aged 18 or over. MK-777 and RAD-150 are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption, and we do not give dosing or usage advice; NitraGlyc is a food supplement whose label states it is not for use by anyone under 18 or by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

ADD TO CART

Research compounds sold by Free Muscle are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. They are not authorised as medicines by the MHRA, EMA or FDA, are not food supplements, and are sold only to adults aged 18 or over. NitraGlyc, also in this bundle, is a food supplement, not a research compound. Nothing on this page is medical or dosing advice.

Key facts

What it isThree separate Bioreactive Series listings packed at one price: MK-777 (Acetamoren), RAD-150 (TLB-150) and NitraGlyc. The bundle costs less than buying the three separately; we make no claim that they work better together.
CAS numberNone validated: RAD-150 has no validated CAS entry, and no CAS number is stated for MK-777, which has no PubChem record under its name; NitraGlyc is a food supplement with two named ingredients
This listingThree bottles of 60 capsules (180 capsules in total): one each of MK-777, RAD-150 (25 mg per capsule) and NitraGlyc
UK statusMK-777 and RAD-150 have no MHRA marketing authorisation and are not authorised food ingredients or novel foods, so they are supplied only for laboratory research; NitraGlyc is a food supplement. This is general information, not legal advice.
Sport (WADA)RAD-150 falls under section S1.2 and MK-777 under section S2 of the 2026 WADA Prohibited List, both prohibited at all times although neither is named; the NitraGlyc ingredients are not listed.
What we verifyEvery batch is assayed by Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory; each bottle carries its batch number, and the certificate for each batch is sent by email on request.

Where to buy the Bioreactive Bundle in the UK: what to check

Whichever seller you consider, check these five points:

  1. Stated strength and capsule count. Here: three bottles of 60 capsules; RAD-150 is 25 mg per capsule.
  2. A batch number on the pack. Here: printed on every bottle in the bundle.
  3. A certificate for that batch from a named independent laboratory. Here: Janoshik Analytical; we email the certificate for your batch on request.
  4. Tracked delivery in plain packaging and a written returns policy. Here: every order ships in plain packaging, UK delivery is free and tracked, EU delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, and unopened items can be returned within 30 days.
  5. Sold for laboratory research only, to adults aged 18 or over. Here: MK-777 and RAD-150 come with no instructions for human use; NitraGlyc is a food supplement sold with its label directions.

Our UK supplier checklist explains each point, and How we test sets out what a certificate does and does not prove.

MK-777 and RAD-150 are for laboratory research use only: not licensed medicines, not evaluated by the MHRA, EMA or FDA, not food supplements and not for human consumption. NitraGlyc is a food supplement, not a medicine, and no health claim is made for it. Sold only to adults aged 18 or over. Nothing here is medical, dosing or protocol advice.

Buying the Bioreactive Bundle in the UK: legal status and what to check

This box holds products from two legal categories. MK-777 and RAD-150 have no MHRA marketing authorisation and are not authorised food ingredients or novel foods, so they are supplied only as laboratory research compounds, to adults aged 18 or over, and not for human consumption; our MK-677 legal status page explains that framework. NitraGlyc is a food supplement under the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 and their equivalents elsewhere in the UK, with no authorised health claim for its ingredients.

Listing the three together changes none of this: each bottle keeps its own label, legal basis and batch number, and nothing in the box is formulated or labelled for use with anything else in it. In any multi-product listing, check that:

  • each item states its capsule count and strength (here 60 capsules per bottle, RAD-150 at 25 mg per capsule);
  • each bottle has its own batch number and a certificate for that batch;
  • the seller is named;
  • no dosing, cycle or combination directions are given for the research compounds.

The seller here is FreeMuscle, a business registered in Andorra with UK operations and dispatch in Scunthorpe. Orders before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed the same working day, UK delivery is tracked and in plain packaging, and EU parcels take three to seven working days (shipping, our guarantee).

Capsules compared with other forms

The bundle is three separate bottles, not one blended capsule, and that matters more than capsule against liquid. A multi-compound capsule can be verified only if one certificate identifies and quantifies every ingredient in the same sample, and when analysis and label disagree, a blend makes it harder to tell which ingredient is wrong. With separate bottles, each assay answers one question about one product.

Compared with a liquid, each capsule holds a pre-weighed fill behind a closed shell. A liquid's strength depends on accurate mixing and on the compound staying intact in solution, a real concern for an ester such as RAD-150. No study has compared forms for any of the three products.

The series shares a name, not a mechanism: MK-777 is described as acting at the ghrelin receptor, RAD-150 at the androgen receptor. Neither has been studied, alone or with the other. Searches for "RAD 140 and MK677" concern the parent compounds, listed separately in the RAD-140 and MK-677 collections; neither is in this box, and a PubMed search in September 2026 found only two records naming both, the case reports below. We publish no combination, dosing or cycle guidance for any product. See RAD-140 vs RAD-150 and MK-677 vs ipamorelin vs HGH.

Reading the certificates of analysis for this bundle

A bundle has no certificate of its own. Janoshik Analytical assays every Free Muscle batch, so the box is covered by three certificates, one per bottle, read in this order.

  1. Match the batch numbers. Each certificate must carry the number on its own bottle.
  2. Read the identity result. Usually by liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The RAD-150 result should name the ester, not RAD-140; for MK-777, a house designation, it is the only independent description of the contents.
  3. Check content against the label. For RAD-150, the measured amount per capsule against 25 mg; for NitraGlyc, a figure for each of its two ingredients.
  4. Note purity where given. The identified compound's share of total peak area; extra peaks point to impurities or breakdown.
  5. Compare the test dates. Separate batches can carry different dates.

A missing field leaves that part of the label unverified; contact us if you find one. See our lab tests page and How to read a certificate of analysis.

Detection, sport and testing

For anyone subject to anti-doping rules, the box holds two items in prohibited classes. RAD-150, sold as an androgen receptor modulator, falls under S1.2, other anabolic agents, which is not limited to the substances it names. MK-777, sold as a growth hormone secretagogue, falls under S2, which also covers substances of similar structure or biological effect. Both sections apply at all times, and their substances are non-Specified. That neither name is listed offers no protection, and with no excretion study for either, each is detectable in principle with no established window.

NitraGlyc's ingredients are not listed; glycerol, once prohibited as a plasma expander, was removed on 1 January 2018. A batch certificate is not a prohibited-substance screen, and under strict liability, applied by UK Anti-Doping, an athlete answers for anything in a sample.

Storage, stability and handling

The products age differently: as an ester, RAD-150 can in principle be split by water back to RAD-140 and benzoic acid, NitraGlyc's glycerol is hygroscopic, and no stability study exists for MK-777. Damp is the shared risk, so keep every bottle tightly closed, cool, dry and out of direct light.

Two points are specific to a mixed box. Keep each product in its original bottle, never decanted or combined, so every capsule stays with its batch number. And store the research compounds apart from the food supplement, clearly labelled, so neither is mistaken for the other. In a laboratory, record each bottle's batch number and opening date, wear gloves and dispose of unused research material as chemical waste. Keep all three out of reach of children.

What the published research reports

No study of this bundle or its products together has been published, and PubMed searches in September 2026 found no records for MK-777 or Acetamoren and none relevant to RAD-150. Parent-compound trials are summarised on each product's own page.

Case reports naming MK-677 and RAD-140

A 40-year-old man developed gynaecomastia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism after six months of commercial supplements containing RAD-140, MK-677 and cardarine, plus undeclared testosterone, oestradiol and growth hormone; both resolved after he stopped (Chong 2024). A 54-year-old man reporting recent use of MK-677 and RAD-140 had a spontaneous splenic rupture ending in removal of the spleen; tissue findings suggested a possible underlying vascular malformation, and the authors called any role of the compounds speculative (Jaffry 2026). Case reports cannot establish cause, and neither involved MK-777 or RAD-150.

Labelling of products sold as SARMs

Of 44 products sold online as SARMs and analysed with anti-doping methods, only 23 (52 per cent) contained a SARM, 17 contained another unapproved drug, including ibutamoren, 4 contained no active compound, and only 18 (41 per cent) matched the labelled amount (Van Wagoner 2017).

Nitrosigine

In a randomised, double-blind crossover in 24 active young adults, flow-mediated dilation measured an hour after a single serving rose 31 per cent after Nitrosigine and 34 per cent after citrulline malate, against a 2 per cent fall with placebo; exercise performance was not measured (Rogers 2020). No health claim is authorised for Nitrosigine.

None of these findings is a claim about the Bioreactive Bundle or any product in it.
